LOL, I said President Bush thinks he can save the world, and the joke originates from Bond itself. A lot of Bond movies involve Americans, or America itself, that need to be saved by the British spy, James Bond.
Most of these jokes are not out of the blue. This spoof has basis in alot more than face value.
